weekly progress 9/26/14 LAST POST

Our robot (the underdog) won 3rd place in the contest, despite us assuming we would come in last place. Our robot went 2-2 losing to the butterflies and another group I can't remember the name of.
We are now switching groups and getting new people for a new challenge, we'll miss the Super Saiyan Clutch robot.

9/22/14 Goals of the week

It's the week we've been waiting for, starting today we will be competing against the other groups in Tug-Of-War. Our robot is one of the underdogs but we're hoping to pull strong and not finish dead last, we're looking at being top 3 in the competition at least because we've worked very hard on our robot, and have a very unique build style, with a sled and a narrow chassis. We're looking to crush the SPHS butterflies and make Jaret Insel cry.

9/19/14 Weekly progress REPORT`

Mr Martin is not with us, and neither is our lead builder Andreas. But we're not going to take a day off to chill and screw around like the other groups. Today we're ending a great week of work where we
1. Completed our robots frame and sled attachments
2. Fixed and added big motors to our robot to make it work.
3. Programmed the brain to run the motors.
4. Charged and found batteries to use.
We are now 100% ready for tug of war and hope to crush the competition here are some photos i've taken of our robot and batteries:
Here is the COMPLETED robot with wheels, big motors, gear ratios, and other attachments.

9/15/14 Weekly goals

Our goals for this week as the mighty SUPER SAIYAN SQUAD are to finish the blogs and focus hard on getting big motors built so our robot can run and flourish, we're also going to make some modifications to our sled design to make it more efficient in the tug of war challenge, while adjusting some gear ratios to make a smoother transition when we move around in the tug of war.
and finally, CRUSH THE COMPETITION.

End of week 9/5/14

We were given 2 weeks to complete this robot extra, so we are working hard to finish it and work out the bugs. We have to use small motors because all the big motors are broken for now.
